Our shipping promise

Every item in our store ships from a US warehouse, so you know what to expect before you buy. No surprises at checkout, and no long international waits.

Shipping rates

Free Standard Shipping on US orders of $100 or more.
Standard Shipping: $6.99 on US orders under $100.
Express Shipping: $15, where available.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

All of our products ship from warehouses in the US and usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including PO boxes where the carrier allows.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at LoveThemLouder@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
